We have people with titles of Doctors and they are not critical are all in the background the Yes man. Therefore, it would be good if our society had more vision to counter by the current system of Education where in the school there is no dictation and neither the faculty is concerned with carrying out individual correction in students' notebooks. Today the Education System leaves to be summarized the country Sports a Failed Education Module at all levels of learning. We have to follow the System of other African countries where every student passes out of class on merits and not by financial power or political influence. Promote in our Angolan National System of Education this for Secondary Schools in the following Classes: 10th and 12th Class. The certificates / diplomas must be issued by the National Exam Evaluation Board. Secondary School Students from National Examination classes would be prohibited from repeating class. Since they should give space in the following year for the minors of ages. Students who fail the National Exams of the 10th and 12th Class should be referred to the Professional Technical Training Centers Sector and those who wish to finish high school should follow these for the space centers for the training of recovery of notes in the chair where these were not successful in the exams. Promote more Exact Sciences and Applied Social Sciences. Only this field knows Transforms the country. And not so many schools of Psychology and Human Sciences. If we want the future of our country to mark significant steps we should bet more on the formation of Engineering in Schools and Higher Education and in future we would have our country 100% industrialized. National Examinations would bring the reciprocal advantages, both for the student as well as for the state.
